Zara is one of the world's largest apparel retailers. They sell clothing, accessories and beauty products all over the globe, yet their online store is possibly one of the most confusing websites I have ever used.
This UX/UI project aims to make a more user-friendly experience for Zara's online customers. Starting with user personas and user journeys, I re-created Zara's website to suit their average shoppers. Mapping these out gave me a direction for improving the usability of the shite.
Once completed, I used Adobe XD to prototype the site for both desktop and mobile.
